Wednesday February 4th. Visit new nature reserve near Cannock called the Mill and Hawks Green NR. A robin enjoys his seeds!
Friday February 6th. A trip to Brum for my birthday, lunching at the Hotel du Vin and visiting the Art Gallery and Cathedral.
Tuesday February 10th. Walk almost 5 mile from the Cannock extension canal on another drab, wet day.
Wednesday 11th February To Villa Park to see us scrape a win against Brighton and again on the 15th to see us lose to Newcastle in the FA Cup.
Monday 16th February The sun finally comes on Cannock Chase
Tuesday 17th February Visit the snowdrops on Park Lane and see a Kingfisher on the canal.
Thursday February 19th. Another nostalgic trip to Senelleys Park on a grey and cold winter morning.
Sunday February 22nd. Spring is in the air! Sunshine and mild at last on a circuit of our village. Visit the Oakley at lunchtime to see the geese.
Monday February 23rd. A new walk along the canal near Acton Trussell.
Tuesday 24th February A walk to Belvide and back, first for a long time.
Thursday 26th February Our two pigeons, vowing the newly mowed lawn!
Saturday February 28th. Charlotte and Morgan’s engagement party. We send them a celebratory bunch of flowers.
